The objective is to thoroughly inspect, document, and validate the current pipe condition.

Perforation and loss of wall thickness is cleaned, cold welded, and wrapped with a fiberglass resin.


An appropriate abrasive is sequentially passed through the pipe system until cleaned to substrate.


An appropriate polymer is injected into the airstream to apply an evenly distributed coating.

Qualified class as an “Enhancement” by the IMO. Carried out and approved by a one off type class approval from Lloyd’s, Veritas, or A.B.S.

Enhanced Durability

A durable coating creates a non-reactive barrier between the structural host pipe and harsh medium flowing through the pipe system.

We employ conditioned turbulent air flow at the inlet of the pipe system and a vacuum collector at the outlet. Aggregate scours the line and cleans it to substrate. Subsequently, a polymer is injected, lining the entire pipe system evenly. Our process works through bends, connections, and verticals.


Understanding the cause is almost as important as fixing the problem. We review drawings, complete camera inspections, and meet with the engineers to best understand the problem.

We have engineered mobility into our service. Our two twenty-foot shipping containers are equipped with an engineering office, changing room, mechanical workshop, polymer laboratory, and equipment storage room.


Simple and nonintrusive is how we like to work, minimizing our work area and footprint. Once the work areas are sealed and protected, we bring in our compact equipment and connect onto the pipe system.


The pipe surface is prepared by sequentially passing an airborne abrading agent until cleaned to substrate.


The desired coating wall thickness is calculated dependent on pipe system characteristics. For effective coating, adhesion, and curing, our process is monitored continuously and adjusted for ideal application conditions.
